@Auspice Oh, I'm Augustus btw. In case my outburst didn't make sense.
OH GOD YOU WHY DO YOU INSIST ON USING MY FULL NAME
RABBLE RABBLE

I'm adulting now! Not very well though...
I've dropped out of MUSHing for a few years but I have tentatively put my foot back into the muck. Currently playing mostly in Coral Springs (after all these years, back to playing a teenaged mutant...)
You??
-
@Auspice I WAS PROBABLY THERE AT YOUR BIRTH. BE DEFERENTIAL, CHILD.
Also I gave you whiskey. I am the best influence.

Because teenage mutants rule.
I've dropped MU*ing for periods of time here and there, but I can't quite kick the habit completely. For the past five years, it's been mostly because I work from home and I'm a terrible hermit (seriously I get my groceries delivered so sometimes I'll go like, two weeks without leaving my apartment >.>).
And teenage mutants are awesome. >.>
@Tinuviel
Continue to slip Lou whiskey and she might consider naming the kid after Augustus instead. >.> -
@Auspice I wouldn't wish that fate on any child.
-
@Auspice HA! You and me both! I am well acquainted with the hermit lifestyle thanks to online grocery shopping...

InstaCart ftw. Why yes I will pay you $15/mo for grocery delivery within 2 hours of purchase.

Updated for current, etc etc.

Updated.
Also I just realized I made the original post on my birthday last year. I feel kinda shamed for that.

Holy crap CrystalMUSH. I was Elrick there once upon a long time ago <psycho sadistic medic>; though I don't remember if we ever tripped over one another.

Probably. I swear Ameeko spent more time being medically grounded than actually cutting crystal. XD
-
Apparantly I had a reputation there; I also wrote the little guideline thing about what different adaptations did and did not do for you.
Also had Evan <Mousy little cuttertech> and Solian there. -
I still have my Google Docs spreadsheet where I kept track of Ameeko's cuttings. >.>
-
Updated. Trying a Werewolf over on Reno.
Also moved Threads of Pern back to the active list since it's picked up and Search is actually happening soon.
More characters than I've had in a long time. Dunno if I'll be able to keep it all up. ;.;
-
Updated. Retired a character. Added another. Got talked into staffing again somehow.

Were you the Lou who was playing on Arx when I started there (late September of last year), or did you pre-date my time as Aislin?

I was! I was the first Lou. I had her from then until the end of December, when I had to finally step away because it was Just Too Much.

Aw! Well, I understand that. I was sad to see you go, though; I'd been looking forward to Adventure Ladies Exploration Time, when the exploration system is eventually live.

I had, also, but between work and school, it was just overwhelming. That game moved at the speed of Too Much.

Yeah, that is definitely a true statement.
It is, thankfully, moving somewhat slower now, so that players (and staff) hopefully aren't quite so crushed under the weight of All The Things. But that's still way faster than many games do.
