You had a secret player name 0_o? Are you a secret MU* agent?
-
@Thenomain is a very private tweed-loving robot and as such has used the occasional nom de plume. Frankly, I'm still amazed he managed to keep it secret that long. MU*ers are notorious for digging up all the dirt.
-
I'm most curious about who you were on Masquerade.

Masquerade? Gil Tanamor. I'm pretty sure "Tanamor" was the login. The character was a Werewolf.

Gil actually seems really familiar. I'm uncertain why though, and given that at I played a Mortal that lead to me rarely knowing the "secret" half of Supers.
I played a detective, Chad. I would say that I played him for two or three years, maybe.

All the in the world for this. Sincerely.

Masquerade has been around so long it's difficult to figure out if two people overlap. I played a Silver Fang back when Riddle ran the sphere. If I remember right, the alpha at the time was Leo? He ended up leaving. Then someone else became alpha and that didn't last long. Then I said sure, I'll be alpha. It made sense ICly.
Biggest mistake I ever made.
-
I played on MasqMUSH until the then game owner flipped out and shut down, then restarted it because he was begged to by his online TS buddy. This ending happened about a week before DarkMetal first opened its doors.
An old story about an old game.
-
That was before my time. So was Blaze, the gay rock star werewolf.

Wow, are we talking late 90's DarkMetal??
-
Was the LarryGhost game Persistence of Memory?

Yes. I helped start it and played Rad, an utterly stupid name that was short for "Signpost At The Crossroads", his Silent Strider name. That crossroads was SONGS, the San Onofre Nuclear Generator Service. Radiation. Rad. Also surfer beach.

Yes, thank you. I played Zoe Kincaid, who later became the name for the person I pretended to be when playing women characters. (Note: Saved so much headache doing that.)
Zoe was one of the few characters I deeply enjoyed playing.

Man, PoM was my first delving into WoD online RP back when I was also a part of a TT WtA group. I don't really remember much save my character's name was the same as mine is iRL (yay self-insertion) and that two of the Garou had to be punished (killed, maybe, I don't remember as this was ages ago) for breaking the Litany by having sex. Fun times, fun times.

@Thenomain There is an error in your list sir. You listed The Reach as coding experience. Clearly, The Reach was a Psychology Experiment and the code that existed inside it was an exercise in human endurance. You should list The Reach under Ironman Challenge where it rightly belongs.

I helped start Dark Metal. The Reach was old hat by twenty years later.

@Thenomain Wow... then you're one of the people who helped me RP with friends and family when I moved away for college. And for getting me into this hobby, which helped teach me that I hate programming, kind-of like scripting, and really like networks.
Thanks!!
