Does anyone know how complete @Alzie's UGS system is?

I got my server, it's running now I need to install something on it. I was looking at the UGS system to use to set up my Wasteland mush. But I don't know how complete it is.
Alternative question, anyone know of any other bases that are pretty complete that might work, Savage or FATE based perhaps?

@DnvnQuinn As complete as you're willing to make it. Don't use UGS, use Mu2.

@Alzie Thanks Alzie, I'm probably going with a custom world inspired by fallout and wasteland so I can avoid the more combat heavy SPECIAL system and be able to craft it how I want.
