RE: Star Wars: Rogue MUSH (wanna be a jedi? then be a fricking jedi)(looking for staff)
I love D6, I also like the idea of a less usual time period. I have to agree with others about the FC and Canon issues though. I really like the idea of the far future. I would love to see a role reversal of the prequels, the Sith run the Galaxy, they're an order it's members deified lords. The Galaxy is a place where most are essentially slaves to their Sith Lords, war between the Lord's, rebellion, these things are common within the Empire, only a few know the word Jedi and most of them believe they were either a legend or wiped out long ago. Yet the Jedi are out there only a handful and hidden for the most part, but they've been fermenting rebellion and are almost ready to make their move. This is where the Players come in, Rebellion is in the air and characters will find themselves forced to pick a side.
Still, my ramblings aside, I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

RE: Supernatural: Lost & Found
@Lithium I can see two easy explanations. Either something is keeping the nasties from making too big a mess (plenty of nasties are smart and scary enough to do this if it suitrd) Alternatively, it could just be a numbers issue The show suggests that things were going pretty crazy when their dad disappeared, there were noticeably higher levels or activity which just got worse. It could be the numbers aren't insane compared to what we've seen in the show and the Hunters are more likely to show up since there less activity to draw them elsewhere.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
Highlander would benefit from A) not being set during the gathering (look at the show Immortals have friendships, even the headhunter types often have a few friends amongst the immortal crowd) which removes the immediacy of the whole decapitation frenzy and 2) Flash backs are your friend. Most of Fitz's appearances were flashbacks made after his death. Ultimately if you can find a way to play up the duality of 'I'm going to outlast everything around me' with the 'There are lunatics who want to cut off my head to kill me and absorb my lifeforc' angles without killing PC's every few scenes it could be fun.
As an aside has anyone else ever noticed how quickly New Immortals seem to accept the idea of decapitating people?

@Fantom I believe Age of Alliance is Ep 7 based. Still on the fence as to if the new canon is doing anything for me though to be honest.

RE: Destiny - A fantasy MU*
@icanbeyourmuse How about: The gods are tied to the world (I like the idea of a prime creator God) so the gods are watching the world die, they're facing the possibility of their own mortality. Then they look down to the creation itself and remember all the little mortal things they play with. Now not much has been mentioned of the other species (their relationship with the gods and possibly their own magic could be interesting), yet humans are inventive, we're smart, reckless and stupid often in a way that gets surprising results. Seeing this the gods hope to use us. Suddenly they're taking more of an interest. Humans with magic are suddenly finding they're being given responsibilities, they're playing with something the gods gave them time to pay up. The magic types are the new religious leaders, they're prophets and servants for the gods or their gifts dry up. Into this you could add less healthy magical, things that draw. power from the world, this adds external tension, especially if there are other species that use this magic as standard.

@Lithium I've been thinking on that one for a while, though my lack f experience with the development and management of MU's, coupled with my (totally rational) fear that my head would explode from the effort of trying I fear it'll never happened.
