E-mailer May Be Borked

E-mail confirmation seems to be working sporadically, if at all. Trying to figure out what's going on with that.

In the meantime, in the interests of fairness, I've set the forum to allow unverified users to post and reply in pretty much all the categories that verified users can.

If you've been waiting for a confirmation e-mail and didn't get one, chat me up and we'll work out how to verify that you're you.
