textfile not found...

I'm trying to install the +Weather code, however, the game doesn't seem to be finding the file in question. I have it in the text folder. I've tried every path I can think of it just doesn't seem to be finding it. It gives me #-1 Not Found every time I try to use it.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Use full path. That is, where you have the file installed, type
pwd, and use that (plus weather.txt) for the help file definition.Remember to @restart.

When I'm done fixing fallcoast with textsupport (e.g. @Chime), I'll see if that works.
