Writing Feedback

I'm preparing to submit another story for publication. However, only one person has read it and given me any thoughts so far. Everyone else I've sent it to hasn't gotten around to it (I'm assuming this rather than the 'ohgodtheyhateditandaretooafraidtosayso' route).
It got a perfect grade and glowing review from my prof. last month, but I just want to be sure.
So if anyone out there is willing to read it and get back to me in the next couple of days (I don't want to miss the deadline), please let me know and I'll send the link.
For incentive: it's a short story (1900~ words) set in my sci-fi setting.
Saying the quiet parts out loud since 1996.

Different one.
The other one is that which will be published by the end of this month!This one was written just a few weeks ago.

Yay! I will still read the first one, but I'll happily read the second one this weekend too. I just need to dig out from under writing documentation at work this week.

Yay! I will still read the first one, but I'll happily read the second one this weekend too. I just need to dig out from under writing documentation at work this week.
Link sent! Sooner is better if you can. Deadline is the 15th and I'd like to get it packed up and off by Monday at the latest.

A huge thank you to those that reviewed the piece and gave feedback.
I take it as a sign that it was an enjoyable read in that the only notes that I got more than one of could be summarized as: 'I want more.' (Longer story overall, more backstory, etc...)
I polished the story up a bit and got it sent off today. So maybe, just maybe, I'll have a second publication to share with you all soon.
