These are good ideas.
I'm not trying to throw you off your track, but now the game has a distinctly My Little Pony vibe, inasmuch as "Horned Race, Winged Race, and Normal Race" goes, that is, if the ponies were human-shaped (anthropomorphic). I am okay with this. You could easily call the Not!Arendelle people Unicorns, and the Not!Corona people Pegasids (this is just a joke, not a suggestion!).
It would be funny if you called the Reichkanzlerin Not!Elsa of the Greater Not!Arendelle Reich Celestia. Don't actually do that, though, that's just another little joke on my part.
I was thinking you could call her Wilhemina Maria-Theresa Buran - her first name being a reference to the German Emperor Kaiser Wilhelm II, the chap who ignited World War I, her middle name being a reference to the Germanic noblewoman Maria-Theresa and "Buran" being the Russian word for a blizzard/snowstorm.
'Twould be funny if, at some point in time during the game, someone cut her left hand off, referring to Kaiser Wilhelm's useless left arm.
Her sister Not!Anna could be called Frederica Amalia-Christina Buran. Her first name is a feminization of the Prusso-German Emperor Frederick The Great, and her middle name is yet another reference to a Germanic noblewoman.
Lol, true. I was not trying to the MLP route, I just thing 'horns and wings are cool. maybe drop the wings for 'Not Coronoa', since they don't make sense. (I mean they are the cool 'dragonfly/fairlike' wings. & Not Arendelle had awesome horn/antler, not single uniform horns.
I think if we could draw from that sort of 'convention', but I do like my gemstone and flowers analouge. I mean Lol: " Kanzlerin Sapphire Diamond", The Snow Queen... ehhh that doesn't have the ring to it my ead I was going for doesn't sound as impressive as " Wilhemina Maria-Theresa Buran:, The Blue Diamond Snow Queen" ( had to work that in there some where).
So maybe the 'gemstones and flowers motif are offered after someone really gets a solid grisps on their lives. (Sorry I just really like the idea of this culture naming their 'boy kids after flowers' , while 'prefering' sort of femalekids and having a that gender flipped bias : "Boys can go into the arymy, but its the wife who grabs the guns, the daughters who shoot to kill.
I mean sons named Rosemary, and Lilly, and Apple, who are immediately seperated from their sisters named ' Wilhemina Maria-Theresa Buran' and 'Frederica Amalia-Christina Buran', with by names like : "The Blue Diamond Snow Queen' and the 'The Green Emerald Spring Queen'. who wear stones on their clothing (like cutie marks I guess).
(Oh geeze. Gotta gett out this leitmotif of MLP.)
I actually like the MLP influence. Confession: I was going to suggest we insert Equestria somewhere in the story, but you have kinda already done it!
And I think the idea of Not!Coronans having wings gives them a majestic look that I prefer.
I am a Winx club fan (i.e The italian magical girl show starring 'Fairies' and those costumes. like its Costume Porn in later seasons. Google : 'Harmonix, Enchantix & Bloomix ( for some reason our " Kanzlerin Whilemina, in my headwears a Bloom's Bloomix outfit which has this beautiful blue & & darker navy combo). It also just looks friggen awesome armor!.
Ok fan girling aside.
Boys names maybe need to a bit more.. complicated.. cause male characters would seem less interesting with names like 'Apple'.
Makes me wonder if mixing blood causes 'mixed features' (horns and wings, or smaller of one than other dependant on which blood is 'stronger'.
