I was kind of hoping for a little bit more feedback by now, but I think that I've received enough to move forward on this concept.
I've started a Discord server if anyone has any questions or is interested in collaborating on the worldbuilding phase, with no obligations to come on to the game as staff or anything like that. I'm generally not available throughout most of the day with respect to the USA, but I should be around during the nights. Feel free to ping me or whatever,

I really wouldn't worry too much about the feedback you get here. I tend not to get too interested in games that are at the base-concept level because 9 times out of 10 they won't see the light of day and I don't want to get invested or excited. Probably a lot of other people like that.
That being said - build it and they will come. Really, if you are active as a staffer and running plot scenes regularly, you'll have people that will play.

I have supported this project since you first mentioned it. Modern Fantasy MIB has been a theme I have been interested in for a long time. I look forward to seeing the results.
