Wiki-related questions!

...just a few questions. Since I want to pitch in with @Sunny's efforts and some other wiki goodness, I have a basic question for y'all:
Roughly what resolution are you usually using viewing wikis? Phone? Big screen? Little screen? Low-res, high?
While I have a big enough monitor I tend toward smaller browser windows personally, apparently much smaller than some designers prefer for wiki pages generally, so I don't know if I'm just an aberration out here with my dinky windows on a big screen, or if the BIG SPLASY HUGE WIDE designs are more likely to be the outliers.
I'm not asking in regard to personal pages, but for some things I'm cobbling together for mods to Vector, resource pages and/or templates for others to use, so there's a little more to it than one character page layout design that someone can just click away from without missing much.

Double post apparently.

I have a 19" monitor at home. I like smaller fonts, as evidenced by the Eldritch wiki. Reno's current layout irks me because the font is too big. I liked the size it was at before.
I don't know if this helps or exemplifies. I don't remember my resolution at home. If you poke me on Skype I'll check tonight.

Wtf did my double post turn into a single post. That is annoying.
Anyways what I was TRYING to say is that I usually look at wikis on my Macbook, which has a resolution of 1440x900, but I also sometimes look on my phone. When I was building my last wiki, I put mobile-friendliness towards the top of my list when considering skins and eventually settled on one built to be responsive from the ground up. I'm not a particularly fancy designer, but I do feel like I did a good job doing clean template layouts that was easy to read across devices. Also, when I was feeling particularly stressed about some other part of the wiki not fixing, I would sit and resize my browser for a while to enjoy the responsive design moving around. It's very soothing.

These are both super helpful -- thank you.
I may be the one person left on earth without pretty much anything resembling a smartphone, so I am clueless there. I have an ipad but it's of the mondo huge variety, so I hesitate to use it for a frame of reference for the likely much more typical phone usage.

I know Chrome has a built-in tool in their source viewer/element inspector where you can view your design on different devices right within Chrome. I'm sure the other browsers have something similar either built-in or through extensions. Might be helpful!
I work in marketing, and if there's one thing I know, it's that everyone looks at everything with their mobile devices nowadays. When I'm super engaged with something happening on a game, I queue up logs in different tabs on my phone for my subway ride to work. Strange as it sounds, it's a tool to keep players engaged.
