Minor nitpick, it would be CtD 20th,
CtL is NWoD and about to get a 2.0 treatment.
Yay for confusing titles and edition designations.

Let Freedom Ring use 20th, set in Philadelphia.
However... it is basically City of Hope with the X20 rules and smaller dinosaur XP amounts. If you have beef from CoH, it maaaay carry over.
