      Not directly MUSHing related so I stuck it in Tastes Less Game'y, but it could have application in MUSHing too (though book writing and MUSHing are different in so many ways). I'm interested in writing resources you all have found valuable, if you'd care to share them.

      I've been watching Brandon Sanderson's BYU 2020 lecture series on Sci-fi and Fantasy writing, and I've found it tremendously helpful for improving my writing on a book series I've been working on of late. He covers areas like world building, plot and character, among other things.

      Another thing I've found helpful/inspiring are these "mood" playlists on YouTube. Music For Writing, a playlist for girls who should have been written by jane austen, Dark Academia Classical Music, you're studying in a haunted library with ghosts, among others.

        @hella Oooh, thanks for these. I'm super burnt out on writing fiction (other than MUing) right now but I didn't know about any of these and will want them when my heart and brain and mind stop shying away from such things.
