Ummm what else and its probably power sets. So like bond animals and communicate is smaller than points than being able to do it over a broader spectrum.
EXAMPLE
Sally can speak to cats of any size telepathically say maybe 2 pointa
But can Bond huge riding cats for 10 points.
She only has an Awesome pool of 15 so can't at CG take her fire or ice powers but could later. And possibly

And have you considered the ideas regarding Arendelle and Corona owning chunks of Not-Africa, and having Not-Afrika Korps/Corona Not-African Rifle armies?

This video - which could be, with a few contextual changes, used as a Leni Riefenstahl-esque 'Triumph of the Will' propaganda film for the Greater Arendelle Reich's Not-Afrika Korps - is somewhat stylistically similar to what I'm getting at, inasmuch as the 'battalion of black men and black women wearing threatening, vaguely Fascistic uniforms, boots crashing on the ground in a goose-step like manner, and raising their arms in a vaguely Nazi salute' theme that the Reich's Not-Afrika Korps should display.
It is exactly as jarring and unexpected as you might expect it to be. You really just would not expect black people to wear fascist gear and goose-step threateningly. If it seems discordant and unfitting, that is exactly how it should be.
Change their uniforms to black, replace Katniss with Kanzlerin Elsa (and Katniss already bears an uncanny similarity to the Kanzlerin, what with her vaguely fascistic red uniform and threatening black cloak, not to mention their facial similarities, as far as their plump lips and round faces go), and you have yourself the concept I'm attempting to convey to you.
Even the music - ominous female vocals with brassy warhorns and deep-voiced war drums - is suitable for the Greater Arendelle Reich's Not-Afrika Korps.
As I said, this could easily be an in-universe Propaganda Video for Kanzlerin Elsa's Not-Afrika Korps, the strong, terrifying Right Hand of the Reich, comprised entirely of powerful, elite black soldiers from Not-Afrika.
It would require more tanks, though, being as the real-world Afrika Korps possessed a mighty force of armored vehicles.
There should also be a black female general who commands the Not-Afrika Korps - an equivalent to Erwin Rommel. Instead of the Desert Fox, she should be called the Desert Wildcat. I invite you to choose her as your inaugural character, should you be willing to answer the call.

Think lots of technologically-enhanced Yari Ashigaru male soldiers, Robo-samurai girls like Gogo Tamago, robots, transformers, and so on.
Even then, they will be hard-pressed to defend themselves against magical enemies, as you said.

True we are kinda asking for it, might be best to drop the official names we could very easily make it not tied particularly to Disney property, it's kinda easy and probably works out better as its own entity then we are not bound by their limits.
Actually give tommorrow evening and I'll start sketching this world that kind of world building is old hat for me. If you wanna see some of my world working efforts I am happy to show them @Cirno.

But I think it'll be easy to manipulate the world and make it not 'Disney', a cosmology, and its own lore and themes are something I am realitively good at.
So now that its own thing, we can come up with our own names. Totally mentioned that it evolved from a an idea inspired by Frozen but after a point clearly evolved beyond that.
Tentative Title: "Dishonored: Sun Blades? (DSB)? or Dishonored: Blades of Spring? (DBS)? - I am toying with names now.
Since the vibe with a kind of a 'steam/electropunk/magicpunk is very much Dishonored/ Dishonored 2 (upcoming).
But with our 'Spring Queen' as a theme or at least a figure head amooungst the rebellion, raised up as an idea a concept to get them behind. I think it works well.

Have you heard of the manga "Footsore Soldiers ~ Witch Vasenka's War"? It's very much like what we're doing here - magical Nazis, magical Allies, and so on.
This is Commander Big Bertha, a SS Division witch-nazi. In our game, I guess she would be a Frost Witch.
Her division is called the Brothers Grimm Division, but I'll just let her explain herself.
I have no intentions of making our game like this, but I thought you would be amused by the similarities. Also, 'Witch Vasenka's War' plays the theme much straighter than we're doing, and, unlike in our game, the German Reich is still very recognizably a genocidal regime. This manga is super-harsh and has shots of little kids getting killed by German soldiers, which doesn't -quite- mesh with what we're doing.
From what I gather, our game is more like Legend of the Galactic Heroes, or Gundam, wherein the enemies are Nazi-like, but not 1:1 replications of the Nazi regime - inasmuch as genocide and torture go, anyway.

Definitely. I think we are definately a bit more Gundam though Legend of the Galactica Hero's is a good one. "Glass Fleet" for some level of Asthmatic perhaps.

Hey the more serious " gemwars" (I. E magical nazi +magical allies) is already taking shape.
The Verdant glacial Valleys and mountains of Umarisa(Arendelle), it's cousin country of Lorharal(Corona).
Both countries have a theme : all female children are named after gem stones and males after flowers or plants.
Names are still a work in progress.
UMARISA has a queen who is ageless but not immortal. She has ruled for 100 years. White haired and blue eyed her epithet is " The Snow queen", her younger sister mysteriously disappeared at the start of her reign.Work in progress...
