@ThatGuyThere
Agreed.On music though, there's a reason why Theme of Love is taught in Japanese school music books. It's the most iconic of the FF musics. Honestly, Bravely Default has an epic soundtrack too.

@Derp My complaints about the game are: You never really know when something is combat you can just avoid and if you fail it doesn't matter, and which ones will kill you.
The other is that MY HEALTH IS GREEN, why is there still blood on my face? Sure it's not bright green, but I'm used to being hurt being a visual representation on the character, so the blood on the screen while green is just Grrr.
Oh and DLC doesn't come out same time as on PS4. Booo!

Yeah, the blood on the screen really fucked with me during the second fight with <person>, where you first get the gun. It really got in the way of my views.
That being said, all combat should be avoided if possible. Everything will kill you.

@Derp Good luck avoiding combat if you play Madhouse. Holy hell!

Is that the hard difficulty or something? I don't have that option yet.

Yeah, you unlock it after beating the game.
The first boss fight? The bit in the attic? If you miss more than 7 headshots, you die. And they hit like a truck. And I've been hit by a truck IRL when I was a child, so I know what I'm talking about!

Yeah, that one was a bitch. The next one though, where you get to hit him with a car? Priceless.
Edit to add; I'm playing it on PC, and I'm kind of wishing I had bought it for PS4. The default key layout is annoying as hell, and even after switching it to something more sensible (space for run instead of block, cuz middle mouse button is also block), I ended up dying so many damn times just due to different actions being mapped in annoying ways.

@Derp You can't use a controller on your PC?
-
If anyone plays Banished and has not checked out the mod scene for it. Megamod 0.06 is just fantastic.

Honestly, I haven't tried yet. Steam always tells me that things have limited controller support, so I try and use the keyboard as much as possible. I could give it a shot.
-
@Derp You absolutely can,if you have one! It's how I play.

So, I bought one. It's much, much better with the controller. Now if I could figure out how to get the wireless functionality to work, we'd be golden, lol. Seems it only likes it with USB.
-
@Derp Did you buy a wireless dongle thingy?

I'm not going to lie. When I saw this, I thought of the thing sitting on my nightstand.

Years ago, at a job, myself and someone else had to test a bunch of dongles to be sent out to people throughout the company. We're talking a couple hundred of the things.
..the word 'dongle' was slipped into conversation as often as humanly possible.

Re: Item #3230 -- "Dongles"====
Sir,
In a random sample of employees, about half approved of the devices, finding them useful and interesting, while the other half -- notably men -- described it as "baffling" and "WTF" and "my girlfriend likes it better than me."

(Double Posting)
I know that people have accused you of being a dickhole recently, but if you start to nag on my jokes, I will seriously drive the 1 hour to where you are and choke you out.

@Ganymede @Thenomain He might take that risk just to get a rare RL sighting of the Ganybot 3000.
