What Do You Want In A New Game (3-options)?

Definitely #1 or #3. I am leaning slightly more towards #3 but a lot might depend on the specifics there. Either sounds like they could be fun.
I do have a preference for modern and sci-fi over L&L and fantasy, particularly for original and unusual fantasy settings. They're just generally more relatable. Cool world-building and magic systems are fun to read about but just not that much of a draw for RP.

#3 - Because I love the notion of a generational ship, and the prospect of in-game worldbuilding. I don't think "build a colony" is something that has much been done before.

@lithium What's spelljammer?
Boats in SPAAAACE (like Treasure Planet) with each solar system inside it's own Ptolemic Crystal Sphere (this is the setting default, but 90% of the actual table top version I played ended up being more Trek-like)

#3 ...I have a little more trouble worldbuilding for. But I would personally play it! >.> Someone else make it!
FINE.
I can help build and stuff! Buuut... will need a crash-course reminder in how building actually works, though, cause it's been ages.

I like to sit and think about development and theme first. I'm generating thoughts via PM at the moment with at least one other person, so if you wanted to message me with your thoughts, that'd work.

SPACE!
SCIENCE!

So we got:
- Rifts
- Birthright meets Naruto/Magic the Gathering/Avatar: the Last Airbender
- Battlestar Galactica/Voyager
All are interesting concepts. I kind of lean towards #2 because I want a good Birthright game and it sounds like your most fleshed out idea, so has the potential of actually seeing fruition.
-
Belated #3. I am always for more sci-fi. Do what's in your heart, though.
