I usually do, but I haven't decided yet.

I am working very seriously on a novel at the moment, but I'm not sure I want to do the rush work NaNo inspires.

I've always considered it, and never done it. Unfortunately, November is the busiest month of the year for me by aa huge magin, and has been since they started off. Good luck to everyone doing it! If there's a similar effort in a different month, I'd give it a shot -- wordy wench is wordy.

          Oh fucking well.

I've participated in it the last 3 years but this year I'm doubtful that I will be able to. My oldest son is a senior in high school, and has exactly 27 days to finish his Eagle Scout project and that's been the all consuming time investment this year. By the time I get through that all I might have the brain capacity for is sleeping through the rest of the year.

I can't do it this year. I signed up for it and then remembered i won't be able to do much writing, if any, for four days which would put me woefully behind. So am going to need to hold off until next year. Makes me sad as I think I had a pretty good idea, but it'll keep for next time.
