[Request] Chime's vtable() function

Like the title says! I keep running into things where vtable() is listed as a requirement. Is this something that's considered open source, is Chime comfortable with people using it, and should both of the previous be true... anybody have it on hand?

I have updated the installer to be more like my other Mushcode installers. (i.e., the dbref is on your personage.
