      I guess I'm bi, then.

      me so horny

You don't restrict yourself to things that can move.

The only bi married people are swingers. It is known. sagenod

Or they're cheating on their partner, because bi people are greedy and can't help it.

          this

On the more original topic, I did play a PoC - a man - on Windy City. I spent a considerable amount of time and effort refusing to be sexualised. It would be hard to know how much was man character or otherwise but yeah, there were some comments about my PB too from a couple of particular players. I took to saying he was on the bench and not interested, even inventing a sorrowful story about his gay lover to try and cool it but had someone try to convert him, and another claim the pack required her to test his control ๐Ÿ˜›

This is true. This is a video of my last tryst:

                  Yikes.

I suppose this is one way playing POC can teach one empathy.

Iโ€™m not black, but I have played a black man, and uh ... yeah. My character did get hit on IC with the query as to whether heโ€™s hung like a porn star.

@Kestrel He was the most sexualised of my characters. I played a white court vampire elsemu who literally induced pleasure by cookies and got less sexual harassment.

This is the dumbest thread I've seen in a while. Let me state a couple relevant points.

You can play whatever ethnicity or gender you desire. There is zero pushback against this. No game currently open today (bar a few old MUDs and MOOs) still have racism and bigotry baked in to any real degree. And the people who are openly racist/bigots actually get tossed out. Unlike real life.

Playing a PoC to learn empathy? Bitch please. The shit that folks who aren't white have to deal with on a daily basis -don't exist on a MU*-! Period. It is a sanitized experience. It's downright offensive to consider playing a PoC as 'walking in their shoes' or 'learning empathy'.

Sadly on MU* it seems that there's a lot of people who will jump at the chance to hound a PC to make an exception for them, or allow them to "convert" them.

Once upon a time, one of my favorite PCs ended up getting turned from ghoul to vamp. Her sire was, male-ish, I guess but as far as anything pragmatic he was a giant rotting gross asexual monster. He did not even /have/ a human form, and all of his forms were of...well, rotten/moldy/motheaten things missing an eye and stuff like that. I did not believe his stories about how many people never bothered to READ those descs and instead were insistent on trying to find a cock to ride on. Until--I saw people like totally throwing themselves at him, and also being super hostile towards me because they were sure that I'd found it and was riding on it. Though who knows, as we never had any even remotely sexual or romantic RP maybe he was as good as Gany when it comes to RPing exploding into a bunch of spiders at orgasm or some other thing that I never got to see. So perhaps I should not judge too harshly but...damn.

As a sidenote, my female Arx character largely prefers the company of other women and is attracted to few men. She got described as boy crazy once, so I must hide the fact very very well. (It helps that she's married to a man. He's the exception.)

I keep telling you commoner marriages are just a suggestion and she should go be a Whisper and pour the best tea.

It's not even a skill but it will be for her.

                                            Yeaaaaaaaah, no.

It feels a bit too much like this:

                                            alt text

While it might not kill me, it might offend a person of color, so I'm going to politely say no. I don't judge people who do it at all, but I personally do not trust myself to do the character appropriate justice.
