@Carma Thank you for sharing! I'm not necessarily sure I see the need - especially if that list is as granular and extensive as that snippet implies. I think it could be very, very easy to accidentally trip over someone's horrific aversion to, I dunno, severe weather even when you've tried to make sure they're fine with body horror, or bad language, or whatever would seem higher on the threat spectrum, but I appreciate what you're trying to do.
I suspect what will actually happen, though, is that people just ask OOC "hey, I'm thinking of a scene that incorporates X, Y, and Z. Any of that on your do not fly list" or something. Typically speaking, if you make a technology that makes things /harder/ for people, then they'll work around it.

This all sounds good to me. Wish I liked modern dark fantasy horror a little more.
The eavesdropping seems closer to the old places mutter code, where snippets sent to the room. While it could be abused as noted, it is fun when used appropriately. I remember times trying to relay some info and being upset with what the system relayed and it not being exciting enough for drama/ rumors. It sounds like it could be fun.

I'm 100% here for all of this.
I hope it opens and thrives, so I can play!

I really don't think that eavesdropping is a problematic feature at all. Looking forwards to future developments!

I just want to give big props for how open and genuinely appreciative you are to critique and suggestion. It's very clear that you actually care about player safety, rather than just putting in features to appease.

I want to say that I really admire all the coding work you've put into this. That crafting system looks pretty sweet, and more user-friendly than some I've seen. And an easy-to-use OOC journal that people can keep their thoughts/plots/info in is sorely needed in any game that has mystery/investigation elements.
