So steam is fucked right now. If you log on everything looks fine; your user name next to community on the left is correct, and up at the top on the right it's correct. But if you click on your name and account details you see someone else's profile right now.
Not all the info is there but I can see someone else's PayPal email, and can seemingly change it. It only says the last few digits of his phone number but yeah. Heads up to anyone who uses Steam and to watch your various account details.

Mine seems to be fine but that's always a good thing to be aware of, just in case. Thanks for the warning!

I thought mine was okay too, but it only goes weird if you look at account data...or a wishlist, or the Queue...
Also Hackers are dicks.
And Valve has shut down the Steam Store for the time being.
