I want more people to be 'that guy' so I can immediately page the ICSO and tell them its done. If its not something I would tolerate from an RLSO, I damn sure won't from a fictional one!

@arkandel Well, we know that Ant-Man manages to get out of 'superjail' that he, Falcon, and Hawkeye were left in at the end of Civil War (his own post-Civil War movie with Wasp shows that clearly). Presumably the other two do as well, but its just as likely that Falcon and Hawkeye are in hiding (ie. minor characters that are unncessary to the plot) after the prison break so they don't get taken back to the prison.

@roz Unfortunately, its now canon for the MCU and we must deal with it as a 'thing'.

Actually, as mentioned in Age of Ultron, Hawkeye's records were scrubbed from S.H.I.EL.D.'s files (with the help of Nick Fury) as a way to protect his family. So Hawkeye still has a secret identity... kinda. They know about him not about his family.

@insomniac7809 I got this so much at Walmart. The sheer dichotomy of not wanting to give out their email address, but being perfectly willing to give up their credit card information is stunning. I had a woman try to give me her Social Security Number once, as if I were the IRS or welfare office.
