Wolverine is looking for a new player. If there are any interested RPers who'd like to try that role on for size.
The game could really use an active Logan who would want to help run plots and rp with lots of other people!

@Misadventure Lol. Yeah, nobody would ask you to provide comics and page numbers on this game.
@Misadventure Its been run up to this point, that Feature Characters fill out their biographies (and other pertinent information) and if those look like they've been handled by a potential player with a good grasp on the character, that further... say... RP Tests.... aren't needed.
But the Staff has talked about having FC's do RP Tests anyway. At least a short scene to get a feel for how someone may want to play an FC. Have they started that yet? I am not entirely sure.
@WTFE Yep. And I gave them. ( ° ͜ʖ͡°)
The wiki page is under going renovations by the Staff.
They're doing it for me, actually, because I'm legally blind and I had trouble reading it. So they kindly decided to try to make it easier for me to read.
In regard to the <Guest> channel, all a Guest has to do is type 'pub <Message>' to speak on the <Public> channel. This will get yoru question sent to everyone on the most busy of channels, better ensuring that you get a response.
MOO code is strange, its true. I have spent the last 15 years on MUSHcode. I've been on this game for several months now and I'm working with the Codewiz to try to add more MUSHcommands that make it easier for MUSHers, its already come a long way to make MUSHers feel more comfortable. I'd love to have more MUSHers come and suggest some more ideas to improve that... MOOcode is weird, but it does have some kinda awesome features too that MUSHcode doesn't have.
I haven't purposefully put "snark" into any of my posts... I simply was given this url to post an ad.
So I did that.
I'm happy to answer questions, but I'm not sure how to answer the power question any further than I did.... You write your characters powers out, an Admin reviews it and approves/disapproves of them. They're stored on your character so you can point to them if anyone wants to read them.
I'm not sure how else to write this.
The game is about RP. There's not really anyone on the game right now that are simply looking to win PVP fights.
I'm sorry if thats the game you want, but its not this game.
There is an available dice +roll system, but its just basic dice.
Again, I'm sorry if you wanted a serious Stat Focused Super hero game. I'm sure there is one out there.
@Sunny The game is really what you make it out to be. Its not following a set comic-book-storyline. Its going its own route. So you really can be as creative as you like, within reason.
If the Staff feels you're doing something too absurd, they'll not let it happen. But they're a really nice bunch who want everyone to have fun.
@Misadventure They're stored in text, format...? I really don't know how to answer this, sorry.
@Misadventure Character Powers are stored on your character in a section you fill out during Character Generation. Its up to the Admin to review the Powers and Approve / Disapprove of them before you can play.
@The-Tree-of-Woe The game has a healthy Staff and the X-School has a strong leadership. I've been on the game since February and the people who play on the game are just, nice, and its not that kind of a game.
@Misadventure You log into the game and you do a simple command that sends the name of the character you want to the Admin. They make the character, then the password is sent to your e-mail. You relog as your new character. <--- OCs. FCs ---> You log into the game and you ask an Admin for the FC that interests you most. You then get the PW to the FC and log into them and fill out their Bio/Powers/Etc. and then show it to an Admin for approval.
Hi, FoD is looking for more players. Original Characters as well as all Marvel FCs.

The ideals of Xavier and Magneto clash as a fragment of chaos touches the world.
Left behind after rogue sorcerers disrupted Feron's communion with the Phoenix
Force, the fragment -- dubbed the Flame of Darkness -- has steadily become a
thing to be desired, a thing to be pursued, for whatever its would-be
possessors' greatest wishes.
Amid this struggle, heroes have emerged: the X-Men embody the ideals of peaceful
coexistence, the Acolytes and Brotherhood struggle for freedom from oppression,
and the Avengers fight to maintain right and goodness. Others will be drawn into the conflict.
Due to an unforeseen series of events, mutants have been exposed to the public
for about six months. Programs have begun to develop such as the Mutant
Response Division and the Sentinel Program. S.H.I.E.L.D. director
Nicholas Fury felt it was time to push the Avengers Initiative forward with
Tony Stark at the helm. The world has become a dangerous place for those
with inhuman abilities. Even such heroes as the Fantastic Four are under
scrutiny and violence against innocent people with special abilities has
increased exponentially.
Taking advantage of the chaos that has engulfed the world, organizations
such as Hydra, The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and Friends of Humanity
have popped up to carry out their own agendas to not only suppress
those who are different, but also to conquer the entire world.
Charles Xavier, the founder of the Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters
and Magneto, leader of the Acolytes and Brotherhood of Evlil Mutatns
have fortified their defenses to protect their people from harm.
Xavier wants to fight for mutant rights and the ideal that normal
humans and mutants can co-exist peacefully. Magneto takes a more
progressive approach preferring to strike first rather than have
a need for retaliation.
