So I thought people might be more interested if I shared the spells I've coded into the game. If you are familiar with the original Mage game, or enjoy making spells then please share!
List of spells:
Correspondence +Locate - Provides directions to an object or character. +Jump - Teleport to a room. +Peek - Look at what another character is holding. +Portal - Creates a portal that anyone can pass through. +Scry - Remote view other locations. +Source - locks a source location in place. +Take - Teleports an object from another account. +Teleport -Teleport through a list of directions +Where - Provides directions to a room. Entropy +Ban - Bans a character from a room with bad luck. +Bless - Increases your luck at everything. +Charm - blesses an object with luck. +Curse - Increases any damamge the target is hit by. +Deathtouch - Knock a subject unconscious. +Fate - View another persons luck / karma. +Hex - Ruins targets luck at everything. Forces +Kinetic - Changes unarmed attacks to lethal. +Push - Increase your strength using forces. +Rush - Increase your speed using forces. +Stop - Prevents attacks from hitting you. +Strike - Call lightning. To be clear the game is not finished for players and I'm not certain about certain questions. My hope is that players will be role playing, and storytellers will lead fun scenes. I have coded a storyteller system that alerts me when people talk to NPCs or enter combat, then it is simple to puppet the npc. Obviously this would be hard without enough storytellers or too many players.

The game has graphics. When you look at anything in the game you see a picture as well as text, Combat doesn't fly by automatically. It has a turn based combat system that follows the rules set in the original RPG. The magic system also duplicates the effects of the spheres in Mage. You can also build your character through a web interface that makes it very easy to create the complex mage characters.

Hi, it's been a year since I created Mage: The Ascension Online, and I'm still coding away. I just popped in to see if anyone would like to volunteer for some serious play testing & world bulding. If you have the time the game also depends a great deal on storytellers. This isn't a job that pays, but I can still offer a one time payment of $50 for your support. Hiring a Storyteller
For the past 10 months I have been coding a Mage the Ascension MUD running on Evennia. I'm looking for a storyteller to help build and design, and when ready run the MUD. This is not a typical MUD. You don't go around killing MOBs all day. I call it a MUD because almost everything runs automatically and you never have to stop to roll dice. Please if interested I can pay $25.00 a month. @golgoth Thanks a lot for your vote golgoth! I'm working on this code like everyday. Today I made sure telnet clients can connect to the game as easily as with the graphical web client. To me, that option is really cool because some times I just want text.

@Arkandel Yes chargen is done through the web browser, and the graphics don't need a lot of explaining. Everything in the game has an a image attribute, so when you go into a room or look at another character you see an image. Also you can use the mouse to walk around the mud and look at things by clicking on stuff. The combat system uses a turn based menu, that can also be controlled with the mouse.

I'm looking for builders and storytellers to work with on my MUD. I've been coding it for almost 9 months now and I see the game going live for players very soon. It is based on the World of Darkness game, Mage: the Ascension. Probably the best features are the automatic turn based combat system, and graphical web client. The Magic system is coming along well too.
