I think the 5 of us were IC less than a month before we sparked a game-wide people-vs-corps revolt, using the Church as a base for the People. It ballooned far too quickly, partially because Staff oversaw some extended rolls that ended up having very wide impact that no one was expecting (to get away with). Thankfully, everything was defensive in nature at first, but the success pools were atrocious. Between the 5 starting Mages, we had every Sphere at 4.

It scared and disgusted us, let alone Staff, and before we all got branded as twinks, we just all OOCly started retiring the characters. I think most of us regenned Mortals.

I've gone through the chargen process here and am officially on the grid now. While I haven't gotten down to actually playing yet, I can say that my impressions are so far very positive. Staff's been friendly, accommodating, and useful in terms of getting me through the process of developing my concept and making something appropriate for the setting.

Also liking the idea of the troupe thing, though I wasn't sure I would at first. It seems like a good pre-built way to get people down and playing in a relatively small timeframe.

It's worth taking a look.
