Chet has a history of coming here when he's off his meds and pretty rapidly unraveling into incoherence.
ETA: I mean, I think we established last time that he is also like, clearly trolling sometimes, but I don't think that and going off his meds are mutually exclusive just going by how bizarre and...Chet he gets.
