I use a Twiddler now and then for mobile typing. It's a one-hand chorded keyboard. Not so much for tablet use as for the phone admittedly. Can type to the phone when walking without even taking it out of my pocket. Great for note- taking or writing stories, never tried to MUD with it.
As for the OS wars, AmigaOS should have won them. Now get off my lawn.

@Griatch Friends of my husband's still have a pile of Amigas running. The part names were, iirc, amazing.
