On a slightly more helpful note I am reminded of a book called 'Woad to Wuin' where the plot item was a magical cock ring engraved with the phrase 'one thing to rule them all', attaching itself without reprieve to someone and bewitching people to desiring the wearer into thorough, sweaty lustful madness. I recall the hijinks being quite light and hilarious. All of this reminded me of it. If you were looking for inspiration for plot devices, I mean.
