@arkandel Desktop firefox latest
-
Might be an issue with a forum theme. I use whatever the default is and haven't seen these issues.
-
This post is deleted! -
@arkandel desktop Firefox. And mobile. I just switched to the default theme on my phone and when I look to other topics the three bottom posts of serenity post are in every thread. I'm not sure of when I make a reply it's going into the right topic .
-
This is weird guys. I just tried both Firefox and Chrome on the desktop, opened a bunch of threads and never had an issue.
What theme are you all using? Have you tried a different one, does it do the same thing?
-
@arkandel It happens on both my laptop and my desktop at work and at home I've tried switching themes I've tried wipeing the cache. Every time I view that thread it just goes wonkey.
-
It's that thread and I think it's something to do with the formatting of the post Tinuviel put up from their bboard.
I'm trying to find a way to go in and grab the post and fix it.
It's definitely that post. If anyone can hit flag on http://musoapbox.net/post/142297 somehow, please do so and I'll pull the post that way. Or if @Tinuviel can edit his own post. Something in the formatting on it is affecting pages (it happens in the post history on his own profile, too).
-
It is that post. A couple of additional </divs> were pasted in with the bbpost and its messing with the javascript that does show and hides.
-
@auspice Gimme a tick to look at the post, and I'll see what's up with it. Stupid bloody thing.
ETA: Someone moddy will have to delete it, probably. Whatever's wrong with it, it won't let me access the edit button.
ETA2: Did some tinkering with my browser's display, edited the post. Is that any better?
-
Seems like everything's fixed now.
-
-
@tinuviel So you're to blame for all this insanity.
-
@shincashay Nope. Nodebb being shit is to blame.
-
NEW BUG REPORT.
I am not getting any new post notifications for any threads I'm watching.
-
Uuuuuhhhh....
-
I'm not getting a notification circle next to my bell when someone replies to one of my posts, nor are they in the notifications list. Just upvotes and personal messages now.
Perhaps this is a new notification folded into 'when someone mentions you: <action>' in settings. Trying turning it on, but it appeared to have turned itself off. Or @Arkandel's messing with me. Odds are 50/50 either way.
edit: That was it. It's possible that I turned it off for my own sanity, but that doesn't sound like me.

I have noticed that same issue, when people reply to me I am not longer being notified either, and I know I didn't chance any settings.

Mine is still on.
It's possible it's a flip that came with the new update (as a minor bug, because they altered something, or whatever), since it adapted the Ignore settings. -
@auspice
It must have happened with the new update, so fixed now, with the added bonus of making a couple other changes I didn't realize were options.:) -
