Humble Bundle: Digital Ocean Credit
-
For folks running games/wanting to run a game off of Digital Ocean:
The Python Dev Kit humble bundle currently includes a $50 Digital Ocean credit if you pay $16.38 or more
And you get some python resources. Not sure how good they are.

New users only.

@faraday ah, damn fine print.
But new folks at least!
-
FWIW, PyCharm is IMHO the best Python IDE, and GitKraken the best git GUI I've used. I already own both sooo this isn't for me, but I thought I'd share that I think this is a pretty good deal.

Damn, I just signed up with Digital Ocean about a week ago.

Dude, I've been coding MU* code for over a decade and that git-shit be cray.
(
man git-shit
, I dare you.) -
@arkandel I use git on a daily basis, and while I used to be the hardcore "I will use the command line, for it gives me POWER over ALL ASPECTS of creation (or at least of this source control repository)!" type, I have come to like the visual representation that Fork (my current favorite) will show me of branches and commits. I vastly prefer the nice graphical format to the older school
git log --graph --pretty=oneline --abbrev-commit
