Anyone able to recommend a client for iPhone for light mush use? (Checking @mail and stuff, no RPing needed).

I use MUDRammer, which is solid. I also make eyes sometimes at @Sparks for PuddleJumper, the someday iOS version of Atlantis.

What happened to that client someone was making and testing? I know Theno remembers it, I'd love to see recommendations as well. Because I need to page chat while I poke at Python while I am at work.

Yes, the fun of simultaneous post composition.

@Sparks O_O The eyes I am making at you as well for PuddleJumper.

Yeah, I remember downloading MUDRammer specifically because the developer was posting on WORA and listening to feedback, which I thought was cool.

I use MUDMaster. Hasn't steered me wrong before. Especially for light and easy use.

                    Your face is a MUDMaster.

All of the iOS clients I've used can be categorized at best as "good enough", because who is insane enough to want to Mu* on a phone?

Hence "for light use like checking @mail". 😛

@Roz — one of the reasons I do want to finish up Atlantis 2.0 as a clean rewrite is that the new core would work on iOS as well. Along with the paired 'muprox' proxy system (meant for you to install on a server somewhere) which would let you Handoff a connection between your Mac and your iPad/iPhone without having to disconnect/reconnect, or to detach when going from work to home, and reattach later with scrollback...

(Plus, it could watch for pages and push notify you even if you were detached from the session, and let you reply nicely.)

I just need the time/energy to finish the rewrite. 🙂

a.k.a. Packetdancer (or "Pax" for short)
