Presented without comment, because I am still laughing way too fucking hard to come up with anything really clever.

Since I know other people have been looking for frames for kitty pics:
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07TQKKVW8?psc=1&smid=A23OBUHX95RPOM&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp
10"x12" with a mat intended to fit a 6"x9" picture, which is what mine so far have measured as. Comes in a multi-pack of three, which is exactly perfect for the number I ordered for myself.
...Which is less than the number I've purchased for other people as gifts today. >.>
ETA: In case you miss it, the page has a WARNING about how the frame is meant to fit a 10"x12" picture with a mat opening of 6"x9". Apparently people have complained about the fact that if you have a 6"x9" picture, you need to tape it to the back of the mat? I'm not sure why these people don't understand how a fucking mat works, but now you've also been warned by me and Amazon. If you want this to fit a kitty picture, you're gonna need some tape. Preferably masking tape, as that is less likely to fuck up your picture. If you don't wanna use tape, don't buy this.

From now till the end of time I will forever associate Mia with Macho Man Randy Savage.

@testament I mean this stuff just comes to me.

Look, if shouting "OH, YEAH!" at the top of her lungs is what's going to take down Mia's Least Favorite NPC Ever, I will do it. If that's what it takes to be King of the Ring, I'm willing to make that sacrifice of her dignity for the good of the Compact.

OKAY GUYS.
New printer/scanner is in and holy shit. It's -amazing-.
I'm now offering previously drawn Arx Cats for printing. If you do not want me to offer up your cat to print, please let me know. I'm using this imgur album as a reference, as these were all the drawings posted publicly:
The prints themselves will be the same size as the originals unless you specify, understanding the bigger they get, the uglier they might get.
Listing For Fine Art Cat Prints
As I continue drawing NPCs, I will offer those as prints as well!
ETA There's some group portraits coming that people might want but everyone wants a Skald/Aleksei drawing. Everyone. Look at that ball of yarn. Look at it.

@crawfish You have blanket permission to use any of mine!

@aria I now need @Crawfish to draw Mia in a Macho Man Randy Savage getup.
PAY THE WOMAN, THEN.
Note that I will be super annoyed if this getup does not include a crown. For, uhhh. For reasons.
-
@aria If'n you wanna get suuuuper archival friendly, you buy a pack of archival quality photo mounts and use them instead of masking tape. Looks neater, less long term damage from adhesive to the paper since the adhesive is actually between mat and photomounts annnnd, no peeling tape off your portrait!
There. Put my college education to work. Enjoy.

It isn't cats but look at what my older sister made me!!
I can't wait for the sun to go around the other side so I can see it back-lit directly.

Okay, so it's not technically art, but I crafted it with math and logic, and it might help other people make art:
https://github.com/OddishDoggish/asciiArt/releases/tag/v0.1.5This software is still in testing. It will take an image and convert it to text to be inserted into an Evennia game. No image is required, however: one can simply type and color in the upper window and click "encode" to have it converted to marked-up text. There is a button to copy directly into the clipboard. Highlighting a colored character will allow you to check its color. You can change the color of highlighted characters by clicking the color you desire. For accessibility, you may toggle tags on and off: highlight the area that should be contained in the tags and click the button. Highlighting areas that shouldn't be contained in the tags but have been marked ascii can be removed from the selection by just toggling the button.
If you have any questions or find any bugs, please let me (Sorrel@Arx) know.
