When someone tells you to stop continuing a conversation through DMs, you stop sending them. When you continue to send them, you are breaking a fundamental rule here. When that is brought to my attention, I will take action. And as stated when I banned Rinel permanently, I am not the sort to levy temporary measures.

For these reasons, farfalla has been banned.

I appreciate the importance of a bright line rule, but for the reasons Roz cites, reconsideration in this case is warranted. Noncontact is traditionally interpreted as a shield, not a sword, and is being used otherwise here.

With that said, ultimately moot, because if I were farfalla I wouldn't be coming back here after this either way.

And I probably won't be either.

You are angry at Farfalla for being one of the people to post unhappily about administrative choices and you are absolutely using this as retaliation. I read the conversation. I saw the message specifically requesting that the conversation end. It did not.

It seems common sense to me that two parties can enter an engagement consensually or tolerably, but when one party elects to end it, that's the end of it.

And yet here is a log that I looked at twice now, and it is clear to me what happened.

I said this was not up for discussion. I meant it.
