Tidy Board, Untidy Board
-
Verdict, folks? I prefer the board without the previews, but I'm willing to accept the rest of you might be Wrong and Bad and want them back. Thoughts-below, please.

Tidy is better. I found the previews confusing at a glance, and instead just bookmarked the "Unread" posts link.
-
I prefer tidy, but I also want all of them to be the same size.
-
@Coin How's that?
-
@Glitch
Right now, some are taller than others because their summaries are longer/more lines. -
I liked the previews. But I'll drop in either way.
-
@Coin Depends on your browser width. The width I had it at had them all lined up neatly.
-
Never say I don't do nuthin' for you.

@Glitch, there's no way to make it standard? It's not a big deal, anyway.
-
@EmmahSue, that works unless you're like me and hit the little <--> button at the bottom right of the screen to make the display more comfortably narrow.
AM I THE WORST OR WHAT?
-
I told her to make all of the descriptions the exact same character length. I'm sure she'll get right on that.
-
-
I prefered the old. It was charmingly disorganized.

This post is deleted! -
@EmmahSue likes things tidy and in nice rows. I liked the recent posts in the categories, but this way is fine with me too. Particularly if it keeps her happy.

Cobaltasuari prefer nice neat rows. However, Cobaltasauri are also bothered by the obscene amounts of white space at the bottom of the rows. : /

Kinda in this boat, too.

We just can't win with you people! (Insert table-flip here.) That's it! The board is going braille! Screw alla you, tiny dots it is!

I can take or leave the previews. I just click on the unread messages messages box at the top. ^_^

I'm guessing there's not a user-side 'use previews, don't use previews' option? That'd resolve any quibbling, but I suspect y'all would have gone with that if it was an existing option.
I liked the previews for one reason: we are some tangenting motherfuckers. There are threads I don't think I ever would look at save for the glimpse of some tangent or related discussion growing out of the original topic that looked interesting from the preview.
