I thought I did. If the combat menu is a menu then yes? But it doesn't seem to wait while I decide which attack to use. I'll try again. Thanks.

I can't recall with Chrono Trigger specifically whether choosing who to use a basic attack on qualifies as Active/Wait eligible, but if enemies and the like are freely attacking while you have the Tech or Item menus open -- meaning, things keep going while you do nothing but look at the items you have, let's say -- then you're definitely on Active.

Most of their abilities (except for the multi-techs) show on the individual character's page, and a specific event will expand some of those lists, but even on a Wait setting for battle it will give you time to read the descriptions of each tech/item. Attacks that begin before you open a menu will still resolve and whatnot, it's not a hard pause.

I really, REALLY want the Untitled Goose Game. OMGIWANTIT!

As for the KFC dating sim, I did nab that and will be playing it for a couple hours during my 12 hour stream on Friday.

Looking back at the topic of Borderlands 3. My reasoning for not buying the game is completely politically based.

And that's more or less that I refuse to give Randy Pitchford any more of my money, especially given he's more or less a shitty human being who is almost Trumpian in his Twitter rants. You know, when he's not leaving squirt porn at Medieval Times.

It looks like a good game, but I took a stand last year with pushing off EA games. The Outer Worlds will probably be the last 2K related game I buy.

Mario Kart Tour released on iOS today.

I'm coming in 1st every time despite the controls feeling really weird and feeling like I'm really terrible. I'm awesome at Mario Kart on platform but I feel like I'm terrible at it on mobile.

...either I really am that good or everyone else playing is just that bad. I should not be winning. (But I'm glad I am because I am hella competitive in racing games.)

(I figured out how to show people gameplay with my PS4 so decided to show off my turrets to @Kalakh and now you all get to see them.)

Anyone who is interested in getting the Battletech game, there's a day or two left before the October Humble Bundle releases and it's the primary game for the monthly at $12. You get the game and ~$25 in DLC with it, on top of whatever other games are released with the monthly.

@Jaded Yeah, I'm getting HYPE on Mechwarrior Online, and continually fail at setting up these dual joysticks. Which I also need to figure out the setup for Space Trucker Elite Dangerous. Woe.

@Jennkryst Elite Dangerous is tons of fun with a dual-stick setup. There's some interesting voice command mods that go beyond the base game's functionality too. Although I'm not sure where they stand now I've not played that game in months.
