      MSB discussions in a nutshell.

I can almost guarantee you cash money that the discussion about this color choice in the hospital went much the same, and they still decided on bleeding-torso.

@Rucket I beg of you, keep the name. That name (and dude) needs to hang out with one of the surgical residents from when I was in the hospital for 'STOP BEING A WOD CHARACTER IN REAL LIFE MAN!'-ness.

(Seriously, a buff, hot, tribal-tatted, geek-literate mid-late 20s surgical resident/budding doctor genius who was charming as hell with an equally WoD name I won't repeat here since it's a real person and the poor soul would get so googled. Kinfolk doctor stereotype, GO!)

                  Oh fucking well.

                    I'm sorry, that's a Crone right there.

Well, I'd keep the idea of a politician who sacrificed goats and drank the blood, because well... Florida. But this guy was at Charlottesville, so fuck everything else about this guy.

@Auspice It's a crime no one was there to snap a picture of the face of whoever he submitted that name change form to, and all the subsequent people who had to process it.

That would have been prime reaction gif territory, you know?

So in the absence of actually MUSHing, or having energy for it, this is the kind of thing I have been writing:

                                After The Collapse Quest

I did try running a strategic scale quasi feudal space admiral thing on the same forum previously, that I prematurely bailed on because I lost motivation and it was becoming a pain to write. That one hit 245 pages and was much more popular but does end mid plot:

You Are: A sector admiral of a strained imperium

Really not the same kind of thing as MU*ing at all but it goes some way to scratching the RP itch whilst also being more forgiving of me being eaten by work for a week at a time. Also it lets me try out my own settings and explore them which I find a lot of fun.

On the other hand I have been writing literal novels worth of terrible sci-fi web fiction in a choose your own adventure format and feel somehow guilty for this.

I didn't know about this but apparently bicycles were a huge thing for women's rights? I suspect there might be some hyperbole involved in the article though.
