 @Admiral said in Good TV: The character I hate the most is 'random chick with light hair and dark eyebrows'. She's boring. Her eyebrows don't match her hair. It creeps me out. Out of morbid curiosity, can you name a few things you love?

 I love a lot of things. Pretty much everything I don't mention. My favorite TV show is Hell on Wheels though. Supernatural, Flash, The Originals... basically everything on CW is great though. But I watch every TV show ever thanks to my job. Even the horrible ones. Everything but sitcoms and reality TV pretty much.

 It's odd. Late yesterday there were articles saying Limitless was cancelled and being shopped by CBS to Netflix or Hulu or Amazon. Then there's some dated today that say an article press release says that CBS is still uncertain what it's doing. I'm wondering if this confusion has to do with the fact that the show had a strong early season open until the awards shows hit and CBS co-opted its entire timeslot along with both NCIS shows for 5 weeks for that. And on return the ratings dipped dramatically when they lost people as its lead in for NCIS with the announcement of Michael Weatherly leaving that show. Then there's the issue that the show made Bradley Cooper something of a minor necessity and his own schedule with movies, especially his Marvel schedule, making it difficult to keep making show appearances where Limitless is filmed. I like the show. It's a beautiful disaster in storytelling. I hope it finds a home on Netflix.

 @tragedyjones
 None of those sound surprising. Sleepy Hollow is actually a pretty good 'weird shit goes down in a small New England town' series, despite some left-field stuff that they've used for plot. It'd be good inspiration for someone to watch if there was someone who wanted to make a new WoD set in New England.I'm happy with The CW. They have all of my ratings, the only thing I don't watch on CW is Person of Interest (knew this was the final season) and Limitless.

 Big Bang Theory stays on TV. Good shows do not. There is no God.

 @Admiral I used to like BBT... but the last 2-3 seasons have been such shit. It barely gets even a chuckle out of me any more. Speaking of Sleepy Hollow, does anyone know why Nicole Bahari left the show? It sounds like it's the beginning of the end for it.
-

 I watched the first season of Sleepy Hollow...mostly for the laughs. Headless horseman with a shotgun...? Come on... I have been wanting to catch up, though..
-

 @Arkandel
 Nothing definitive on Bahari's departure. It sounds like she wasn't wanting to go past the end of the last season.
-

 @thebird I watched the first season and a little bit of the second one... I felt the chemistry between the two stars was excellent, the stories themselves though got really repetitive and predictable - plus the 'man out of time' trope ran its course at some pretty early point for me.

 @Jaded
 Anything that means Barry Allen will be on my television three times is not good news.
 Note from his appearance on Supergirl this Barry is roughly infinity times less annoying then other versions, but it is still Barry so I will only get to watch 3 parts of the crossover.

 @ThatGuyThere said in Good TV: Note from his appearance on Supergirl this Barry is roughly infinity times less annoying then other versions, but it is still Barry so I will only get to watch 3 parts of the crossover. This is how the Flash can be in different places at roughly the same time.

 So Banshee is over. I just watched the last episode. Aside from its rather lamentable treatment of the vast majority of its female characters (they're all strong characters; it's usually their ends that I'm cringey about), especially in its second half (seasons 3 and 4) and its... unfortunate choice of antagonists for its third season (nngh, but still super compellingly written), it was perhaps one of the best made action shows I've seen in a very, very long time.
-

 @Coin RIP Banshee. I also wish they'd had a full last season.
