A non-violent direct action group I'm a member of is holding discussions online about ways to raise awareness for environmental issues.
Due to strangely pervasive spelling mistakes, a legit discussion is now being held on the viability of gorilla gardening.
I shouldn't laugh.

....Are they trying to use gorillas to help grow gardens or are they trying to grow gardens full of gorillas? Inquiring minds want to know.

Thank you, lone person that sent us an email after hours to say that they were grateful for everything my team is doing. It's been a rough fucking week, we'll be working all weekend, and we really needed that.

I'm in a new D&D campaign. I haven't played D&D in over a decade.
That my party has embraced my warforged's obsession with her chicken (more OOC embracing than IC since SOME PEOPLE wanna eat the chicken) pleases me greatly.
The chicken is a vital member of the party*
*ignore the fact that we're 2 sessions in, I bought the chicken this session, it died, and they replaced it before she knew.

Amazon is including Season 1 of "The French Chef with Julia Child" for free with Prime through 3/31.
I am way, way, way too sick to actually try to keep up with any of her recipes right now (though I've made her boeuf bourguignon at home before), but it is exactly the kind of comfort-watching TV that I enjoy when I'm stressed or don't feel well -- just interesting enough to keep hold of what's left of my attention span, but nothing so intense that I'm going to care if I fall asleep in the middle of it.
