Also: Scientifically proven that our body doesn't respond to liquid calories the same as it does solid calories. Even though all the protein and such might be there it doesn't make us as 'full' as a solid meal does (methinks due to lack of pressure to inside of stomach wall). Just fair warning, it's really really easy to overdo liquid meals because we feel hungry again much sooner.
