@Cobaltasaurus Company policy. We have to do the same thing. I've had customers call me all kinds of names because they couldn't buy cigarettes or alcohol for having someone in their group that didn't bring their ID. Instead of them getting mad at the idiot that didn't bring their ID with them. I still don't get why full grown adults don't carry their ID around with them everywhere...

So if I go to the store with my parents and I'm underage and my mom wants cigarettes, since I'm with her she can't buy them?

If I'm in high school and I'm getting cigarettes for myself and my buddy who is almost of age but doesn't smoke is with me, I can't buy cigarettes?

Being too riddled with anxiety and depression to get off my ass and get shit done... Like going to work. =/

And then having to make up some "I'm sick with the stomach flu" excuse, to avoid repercussions, because of course this is the busiest time at my work, of the year.

Then feeling like a terrible person for calling out and leaving people hanging...especially knowing full well you're going to do it again tomorrow.

Super lame.

Yes. But I cannot get it to actually make a .doc into an .epub without fucking all the formatting up. Like, the one time I got it to work I had to go through some excrutiatingly precise editing of the .doc myself before hand.

How do you do it? PM me or something! Thanks!

I have the most annoying insomnia, and when I can sleep, I am the lightest sleeper ever so I just wake up. It fills me with RL Anger, especially anger towards people who can sleep. Like my husband, who just saunters into bed two hours after I go to bed, while I am still struggling, tossing and turning, and within FIFTEEN SECONDS of his head hitting the pillow is just snoring away happily. He's the worst, right? Grrrr. It's 1:15 am, I've been trying to sleep for an hour, and he's due any minute to just waltz in here and instantly crash.

People who fall asleep quickly are terrible people.

Haters. Am I chatting with a friend about how great Sunday's Game of Thrones was? I HATE THAT SHOW. Is someone talking about how they love Arkham Knight? UGH I HATE THOSE GAMES. Hey, I like Diablo 3, it's an awesome game. I HATE THAT. Okay, fine, why? I HATE ROLEPLAYING GAMES UGH.

Then they go on and on about how there's a wide world out there and it's the summer! Just go out and have some fun!

My favorite (?) line when I brought up reading fiction - not just a book or even a genre but fiction in general: "Well, I think the real world is interesting enough."
