Was that a timed thing? Or maybe a zone specific thing?

@WTFE Is that a year round thing, or just a around now and spring sort of thing with all the time changes? I know Canada and the US change times at the same time, but the rest of the world is different. So sometimes there were 3 hours between dad and I, and sometimes there were 5 for a few weeks.

I'm Canadian. Atlantic isn't a timezone, according to Steam.

Apparently it's going to take 572 days to unpack Fallout 4.

Also grr that my timezone isn't apparently a part of North America, and all things revolve around EST.

Well go into the most recent news for the game off of any of the store pages and there's a link to get Final Cut for free if you have all three as registered games on your Steam account. Final Cut is 44.99. If you only own 1 and 2 - you can buy 3 right now for 14.99. And then go the website to redeem for the code for Final Cut for free.

It answers it, but not correctly, unless buy any store page you meant on Steam and Steam only. (Checked Humble, GreenMan Gaming, and GoG and it's not in sale in any way there.) And since I was asking because you hadn't said where in the first place and looked as you suggested, no it doesn't really answer it at all.
