Ate a sandwich. Had some tiny mold spots on it that I cut out. Turns out you shouldn't eat bread with mold spots on it even if you cut them out.

Am now half-convinced that I'm going to die.

I don't understand how something as stupid and embarrassing as hypochondria can be so fucking crippling.

I put little wire-mesh trays on my desk, because that is what Professional People do, and I am a Professional People.

Now they're filling up with paper. And the paper isn't going away. Sometimes other people's trays have a few sheets of paper, but the paper goes away.

My trays have developed a fault.

So sorry. I know how the anxiety feels. Just remember that you've gotten out of the woods before, and you're gonna get out of them again. I know benzodiazepines have a bad rap, but they were (possibly quite literally) a lifesaver for me. Don't be afraid to ask for the strong stuff if you need it.
