@roz I did a lot of alt hopping. I did Jean for a stint before she was picked up more permanently by someone with actual medical knowledge (Which was amazing). Emma for a bit. I think I had a thing for telepaths.

I have to be honest, I don't understand why they've settled on Miami.

Why not a place with actual seasons? I mean it's great for Summer Changelings, but none of the others get to enjoy their seasons, and all the vampires have to deal with long days and short nights. Not a lot of woods for the wolves, etc etc...

I love the game, I'd like it to succeed, but the handful of people that I've heard talking about it aren't happy with the location choice. I don't understand it, myself.

@cobaltasaurus I have to go into the other room and put on headphones when a friend of mine and my roommate's is over to play D&D. Like, I want to literally rip my ears off when he eats/drinks/sometimes breaths.

@surreality If you ever want to dip your toes into that water, it's a great place for that sort of thing. There's only a handful of people, but they're all very helpful and inclusive!

Yeah @ThatOneDude it's vampire. I ask pretty much every night and have only gotten a response two or three times. @mail people I need to talk to, and have only gotten a response from one of them. It's kind of disheartening because there's always SO many people on.

@surreality Thank you! I'm on the Darkwater reboot too. But there's only a handful of us right now. I can typically get a scene in every other day there, which is great. But I'm also forcing myself to wake up a little earlier to do it. Because that's the mature, adult decision-making thing to do.

My timezone is EST, but I work overnight which is really when I can get my RP in. Generally between 8pm - 7am. Can anyone recommend a game with any active spheres (NWOD, preferable) around that time? I really thought Fallcoast was going to be the one, but even though there's a ton of people on, I rarely ever get a response to the request for RP.

Maybe I'm just in the wrong sphere, too. But I've asked on game if there's an active sphere around that time, and I've never gotten a response to that either.

I'm in the timezone sink hole. Help!

Thanks, SS. Sadly, I had to go to Tumblr. I had to wade through a lot of angsty teenagers who self diagnosed, and lots of pictures of kid's with fresh cuts and blood, but there were a few blogs that were helpful in it all.

I finally got a formal diagnoses of the issues, mentally, that I've been having for years. I got the medicine for it and I go to look up information on how to live with it. What do I find? A bunch of webpages telling others how to live with people like me.

I just had someone check into the hotel I work at, and while filling out the reg card wrote 'silva' for the color of her car. She genuinely couldn't figure out why it didn't look right.
