As of Friday, I am a Twitch Affiliate. This is something that I am very proud to have accomplished as it means I'll be able to help my family out here and there. I know not to expect the BIG BUCKS!!! some full time streamers are fortunate enough to make, but it should be enough to maybe help with food and bills and maybe even give us some mad money so we can do fun things.

Oh yeah. I getcha, there. I think I will eventually decide to take them out. Right now the boxes help conserve space on my itty bitty desk, though. My monitor takes up too much room!

RE: Um...What?
I know, right? A Pops collector who doesn't care about the boxes!? I'm shook, too!

RE: Um...What?
They are but only because it makes it easier to stack them right now. Once I can get the space to set up some shelves I might display them out of their box. I haven't fully made up my mind one way or another, just yet.

It's like collecting toys instead of playing with them,
looks sheepishly at the Funko Pops that are on her desk and thinks of the others in a closet, clears her throat
I have no idea what you mean when you use this as an example.

RE: RL Anger
And Jacksonville is where we'll be moving. Ugh. Can we just not, thanks?

RE: TMC
Why would one hope to out grow it if it's still something they enjoy?

RE: RL things I love
Just finished up a backup D&D character for our Saturday game. I'm really excited about possibly playing as her, or, if my cleric doesn't die or something, perhaps playing her in another game.

RE: New Games and Feature Characters...
Here's the thing. With the diminishing numbers of muers nowadays, plus how comic mus don't seem to be quite as popular as they were several years ago, you're going to wind up with a real small player base if you limit players to one alt. Yes, activity levels are a concern, I get that, and people will sometimes not play one alt while playing others, letting them languish, but that's something to be concerned about on any game, not just one with FCs involved.
I say give it some thought. Put some consideration into what you expect/hope the playerbase size will be, and figure out a reasonable alt policy from there.

I played a couple rounds of CAH online with some online friends and we chatted as we played. OMG, it was so much fun.

RE: Why did you pick your username?
TiredEwok comes from when my husband asked me to make a Twitch account and follow him when he was considering trying his hand at streaming to bring in extra money. I used to habitually use EwokJedi but it was already taken, perhaps a sign that I made an account on Twitch with that name in the past. It was early morning and I was too tired to try and figure out a password to see if that was the case, and was too tired to come up with a name... so that's how TiredEwok was born.

RE: Dead Celebrities 2018
Oh no! Koko!
I am genuinely more sad about her passing than I have been over a lot of the celebs.

RE: Shadows of Paradise: help wanted!
I am a bit confused. What is Beast, exactly? I am going out on a limb and assume they're not shifters, but other than that? I am pretty clueless as to what that splat's about.

RE: San Francisco: Paris of the West
So reading the initial post right, we have to wait until the first to make a bit, or can we make one now?

RE: San Francisco: Paris of the West
I am definitely interested in this game. Will be giving it a try!

He started off by asking if anyone had been to a tournament before and everyone said no except for one kid that raised his hand and proclaimed, "No, but I've watched the Karate Kid!"
Completely true story. I was watching Cobra Kai a couple of weeks ago and on my way home I was dropping a coworker friend off (he's in his late 20s) at his place so we were chatting about it.
I asked him if he had watched Karate Kid. He said, and I quote, "yeah, that's the one with the black kid."
