I know me and someone (@Sparks I think it was!) sidebar'd a bit in a thread a while back about our wallpaper collections...

but as Halloween has ended and I need a new background at work, I wanna find out: where do you go for wallpaper? Do you do thematic/seasonal ones? Or do you just have a rotation?

Share with me! Help me find something appropriately autumnal for my work machine!

I used to go to InterfaceLift, but it's turned into a repository of HDR-ruined hypersaturation. I have a program on my PC whose name I can't remember that I purchased to handle my dual monitor setup (it does that well, too), and it turns out that you can give it feeds of wallpapers to cycle through. So I set it to the most popular of various websites that I trust not to churn out images of scantily clad women draped over expensive cars.

Which isn't to say that I never get those pictures. I just get them sufficiently infrequently to make it manageable.

When you say manage your dual screens, what do you mean by manage? Also what is the name in case I too want a best of wallpaper thingy.

I use John's Background Switcher to manage my wallpaper on my home PC. I have a folder on Dropbox of a curated image collection.

But at work I just wanna find a good single image to toss up and I'm hrm'ing over what to use rn.

My silly students kept changing their backgrounds when they were suppose to be working. So I made them all set it as a solid color and as solidarity I also changed mine.

I miss my pretty background, but I hope I got my point across about use of classroom time...

My wallpapers have been rotating for months but since I very rarely minimize stuff to the desktop I only ever see them when I reboot anyway.

By manage I mean have single images spanning the screens, having two separate images at once, etc. It's https://www.displayfusion.com/ .
