Recently got back into Warframe after a break from it. Really feels like the one free game that keeps giving. And it's just so damn good, seems like the game that Destiny should've been.
My problem with Warframe, isn't exactly Warframe. I originally spent a lot of time playing on PS4, before I got a new desktop. Turns out there's a number of co-workers that have their own clan and I wanted to join.
But just like everything else Sony hates, it really hates account migration. There's no way to bring over all the frames, weapons, etc that I bought while playing on PS4, never mind what level I happened to be at. So I have to start completely over from scratch. Which is really a let down, but I should've expected that. Because Sony.
Anyways, Warframe is still good stuff.

I seriously loved the Warbringer trailers they did. Jaina was my favorite but Sylvanas was a close second.It really was enough to bring me close enough to returning to WoW that I opened my battle.net account for the first time in four years to consider it.

I kind of feel sorry for Azeroth; it's been battled over for fourteen years and only now is anyone giving it attention.

So, the Monster Hunter World port for PC is out, and more solid than I expected. Performance is good! Joining up with friends is marginally less obnoxious than it was on the PS4 (but still obnoxious)!

But for whatever reason, Steam will just constantly flash '<name> is now playing....' for it.
I had to finally shut off the notifications. I kept seeing you (and about 4 other friends) pop up on my screen every few seconds and it was driving me mad.
Saying the quiet parts out loud since 1996.

Yeah, it's forced me to turn off the notifications too, for precisely that reason.

So I guess there's this new thing where people need something to be angry at in video games, so right now, some fans are pissed off at the new Doom Eternal gameplay because there's a pretty funny comment said by an overly peppy AI interface among the hellscape of Hell on Earth.
That more or less goes "Demon can be an offensive term, please call them the mortally challenged."
Personally, I thought it was really funny.

Battle for Azeroth's quest lines and zone design are so well done. The production values are amazing, but at last we don't need to look at demon-green everywhere.
Some of these places are gorgeous to look at.

Yeah I know people who are going to buy it day 1 so long as the game is not altered prior to release to remove the dialogue. -
@jaded I'm buying it either way, so I don't really care. Though it does seem silly to remove one line of dialogue. I don't really think it's making a commentary on immigration like a lot of people are saying it is. That's a bit eye-rolly to me.

No shit, man. This is what I feel like when I hear people's criticism of Mass Effect: Andromeda.
Just fucking play the game and have a good time with it. Fallout 76 may be a shit-show, but as long as you don't hit No Man's Sky's levels of false promises don't hate on folks for enjoying it.

We have a history of taking a simple name and making it longer and sound fancier. Janitor is sanitation engineer. Kilt is a stripped plaid skirt. That's just the one people chose to focus on to be offended

@ganymede I never got the hate for Andromeda, it was a different story and not even a bad one. The only beef I ever really had was all the NPC's looking the same for the Asari.
