Gotten to my train super early because work meeting on a Saturday (should be illegal dammit) only to discover that I've got a sock stuck in my jeans and nowhere to put it, so I have to leave it there so I don't lose it.

Yeah, I've had a couple people now tell me they're much better. And I can get one of the big ones w/spigot for about what I bought my Brita for. I've wanted one of those for a while! Just being able to fill a cup/water bottle without getting the whole pitcher out? It'd be nice for days when my fibro is really bad!

I messed up my knee out on a delivery last night, partially because I'm a klutz and partially because people seem to have aversions to turning on their goddamn fucking porch light even though they scheduled the time for the delivery and know I'm coming.
I have hyper mobile joints so sometimes it's hard to tell if something is just out of alignment and I have to pop it back in (I do this with the bones in my feet and my hips all the time) but nope I really did do something to it and it hurts.
Turn on your porch lights and fix broken stairs, assholes! And while you're at it, bother to light or at least make visible your address marker!

I carefully dried them a bit, slid them back into the deck, then shoved it between a flat surface and a heavy book hoping they'll dry flat instead of wrinkling up.

Ohh, hey. COOL. It also spilled on literally the only photo that teenage me let my parents take at my high school graduation, which also happens to be of me with a dear friend I never get to see anymore.

The "cold" that I have had since last Wednesday got so bad today that my teeth started to ache every time I sniffled. So I went to urgent care.
Turns out, I have a sinus infection!

Hope you're feeling better soon! The people I know who've gotten the upper respiratory stuff even this early on have tended to have it morph into sinus infection or pneumonia.
so keep an eye on things! -
If it's fifty-nine degrees, but feels sixty-four (by whatever metric this app is using to decide such things) then SAY it's sixty-four. I'm not a farmer, I don't need to know the temperature of the air and the soil, I need to know why it's so sticky at nine am.

My key just broke in my front door lock and I had to break into my own place.

That sucks. Those situations are why we've invested in a combination lock hide-a-key on the back deck; it's saved us a number of times. -
Better still! The only other lock already had a key in it, so even if I did have a spare outside, I wouldn't have been able to get into the back door. (Depending; I now no longer have two keys to test this with, but many locks you can only have one key in it at a time.)

@thenomain The last time this happened to me, I had to spend 80$ at like 2 am to get a guy to get our door open. He did this so easily that I'm glad I don't own anything people want to steal.
