I wrote weeks worth of asynchronous material for one group, went to check on it, and none had done any. Apparently I didn't tell them to...

Whereas my other group is on it, doing all asynchronous and in person meetings. I got 20 emails from one girl on one day. They are keen and working their hearts out.
