As far as I can tell, being filthy and horny is great and the sort of thing that a hippie like Jesus'd enjoy.

Why were he and his mother both virgins, then?

      (Allegedly.)

'Virgin' didn't get a meaning of 'never done the dirty' until like 1300. Before that it just meant 'some young woman that is not married'. Nobody was really basing it on sexual experience before that.

Racism isn't Tinkerbell. It doesn't need you to believe in it for it to exist.

Was there an expectation that unmarried women should have an intact hymen?

          Depends on time, place, caste...

Though in Chalcedonian Europe it certainly was an expectation that unmarried women would have not had intercourse. I don't recall whether or not they associated that with the hymen. Which isn't an accurate association, for the record.

So my lawyer called - the employer that fired me for sugar crashes got the filed suit. They want to settle. Here's hoping.

Seeing actual improvement in my ability to play Rocket League.

It's a small thing but dangit I need small wins right now.

Saying the quiet parts out loud since 1996.

Apparently opposing counsel is lazy and doesn't want to write the response, according to my lawyer. Which she says is to my good, so yay?

Well, depending on whether they are required to file an answer, they could end up defaulting, which is pretty much an automatic win for you, so.

Finally have a doctor that listens to me, and now that my heart is under control, we are addressing some of the other issues. Today’s appointment is long term going to improve my quality of my life. By a LOT. Yaaaay.

@Derp They do have to file an answer and have a deadline, and apparently just paying me is easier.

I've decided that I'm gonna start collecting Sega Dreamcast memorabilia. I mean I already own one of the main instruments used to make music on it, so I think it's safe to say that I'm a big fan.

                              It always is.

“It is better to live doing the things that you like. It is foolish to live within this dream of a world seeing unpleasantness and doing only things that you do not like.” -- Yamamoto Tsunetomo.

The best photos I've ever taken of my cats were taken while I was wasted drunk.

My friend took a drunk selfie of me that I only recently learned exists.

During my mutton chop phase where I couldn't accept that my sideburns simply don't grow.

@HelloProject I'm not brave enough to share mine on MSB, but I took it on an iPhone, which has the live photo feature. As a result it perfectly captures a very discernible drunken sway, drooping eyelids, twitchy eyebrows and a stupid smirk.

In my defence, it was taken on Bourbon Street.

I would like to take a moment to applaud you on the level of patience you have for your hair. I decided long ago that anything longer than a sixteenth of an inch was too damn much work.
