Snow sucks. We gout about 12inches here (not as much as you, but), and I ended up stuck on the highway. For 20 minutes. As people drove past me because my car didn't get traction in the poorly-plowed snow. Part of this driving was also two cops, a county sheriff and a city cop. Who just drove on. It took me an hour to get home because of that, on what should have been a 20 minute drive even WITH the snow.

@Bobotron, you would have been stuck here too. There was so much snow and the conditions were so bad they pulled the plows off of the road.
I feel I can no longer grumble when people make Canada snow comments from now on.

Fuck, it's almost Lent. My absolutely least favorite part of the year. Yeah yeah we're all mortal and going to die, and we should reflect on discipline and repentance for 40 days.
Meals served at Church are going to be crap for 40 days. Normally a treat I look forwards to for Thursdays, but likely to be meatless everything, or institutional fish sticks for the next while.

If it makes you feel better, Corruption, the church I was a part of growing up was entirely vegetarian.
And not even the cool Californian kind of vegetarian. I'm talking fake chicken in a can vegetarian.

Our Catholic Churches do fish fries around here. It's delicious. It's kind of hard to fuck up fried catfish and French fries. My ex in laws are catholic and run the fish fry for their church, I ised to bring the baby at least once. Which I won't this year because I don't have time nor the carbs/calories to spare on fried fish.
