I used to use an alarm on my phone where all I needed to do was lift my phone up and set it back down to snooze.
Alexa is my morning alarm now because half the time I can't manage to speak clearly enough to say 'Alexa, stop' or 'Alexa, snooze' and by the time I figure out what even are words I'm awake.

Edited to add: One way I deal with it is set an alarm to go off the time the meeting is supposed to start, so when it goes off I know I have to get up and leave.
I SO RARELY hit those hyperfocus states that it's just... not a thing I think of. Usually I'm glancing at the time glancing at the time glancing at th- fuck it, I'll just get there 5 minutes early.
Hit a hyperfocus zone right before I was due in a meeting.
Meeting reminder: 15 minutes
Me: OK, cool, I'll head up in 10.
20 minutes later, my Skype dings: 'Hey are you coming to this meeting?'

And our players, thus far, have been stellar about helping people with the other aspects of the game. I sometimes come back from AFK and people have already answered a Guest's questions.

God, I thought by pose-queuing you meant some sort of pre-determined pose-order that changed each round and I was sitting here wondering why Gany would be a fan.
I've prepped poses as a habit since as long as I can remember. Which was how in a big plot on that X-Men: Evolution game I ended up tossing out a pose that was almost two screens in length.
Because a) I kept working on it as other people posed, b) I don't edit. >.>
Yeah, I always prep poses as I go. It's part of why I love/need dual-input clients like Potato.

We (lady geeks group I'm in :D) had a crafting meetup at the game store this week (usually it's at a coffee shop, but there was gonna be a bigger group so we needed a bigger venue). Since a bunch of us in the steotch were there, we took photos (pics = possible points in the competition!) and decided to make Deadpool show off our work for us.

Another thing to consider is that being first to pose means being the first to pose the rest of the time right after the GM/ST/DM, which means you don't have that cushion of time to type up your reaction the the plot runner's emits. That makes some people feel pressured, especially if they are a slower writer.
This (including the fact that it can suck to be the 'last' in order as well!) is why I prefer events that are 3PR. Any event I run is 3PR unless we run into something that requires a pose order, but tbh... I rarely do.
I know in a lot of systems (WoD, D&D, etc...) initiative is a big deal in combat, but thankfully that's not a thing in FS3... and is one of the things I really appreciate about it.

Not directly related, but I seem to recall some places/people writing a set and then leaving it there to read. And there have been places with pose recall so folks entering can catch up. Those were helpful to me.
Ares does both of these. If you do a room set, everyone coming in will see it. 'repose' shows the last handful of poses/OOC in the room. You can also view the full log on game or in the portal.

What may be happening, if it happens at night, is the meds are wearing off.
The anxiety meds I'm on, I take twice a day. But I absolutely, if I stay up too late, hit the window of my anti-depressant wearing off.
You may just need the dosage adjusted or a different time schedule to take it on.

I have two litter boxes.
The cats refuse to use the second one.
The one they do use is too small for AJ: he's a long boi.
...this means he often ends up shitting outside of the box and then dragging out a good third of the litter to cover it up.
fuck gas stations that post their 'with our credit card' price only. Or in big ###s while the actual price is teeny tiny and I don't see it until I get off the highway.
